Brief introduction to Communist Youth League work
The Communist Youth League Committee of Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Communist Youth League of BSR) is an advanced youth league organization in the new era under the leadership of the CPC Committee of Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Equipment Co.,Ltd. It shoulders the glorious mission of uniting, educating, guiding and serving the youth League members of the company . At present, the company has a sound two-level league organization, with 13 grass-roots league branches. There are 54 league cadres and 325 league members.
The Communist Youth League of BSR always takes the consolidation and expansion of the youth base of the Party as the political responsibility, holding high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, persisting and enhancing the political nature of the Party's mass work, unswervingly carrying out the Party's principles and lines, and cultivating, promoting and practicing the socialist core values. The Communist Youth League of BSR constantly deepens the ideological construction of the League, organizes League members and the youth to learn the Party's lines, principles and policies, learn the League constitution and basic knowledge, and vigorously improve the ideological and political quality of the youth League members.
The Communist Youth League of BSR always takes consolidating its own construction and enhancing the level of standardization work as the foundation, strengthens the Communist Youth League cadres construction, the system construction, position construction and the League Branch standardization construction, strictly carried out the Party work in directing, implements the "three conferences, two systems and a class" system, supervises the league members to fulfill their obligations, protects the rights of league members from infringement, commends the advanced, implements the discipline of the regiment. In the past three years, the Communist Youth League of BSR, Communist Youth League Branches of stainless steel workshop and the mechanical processing workshop won the honorary title of advanced youth league organization of Beijing Investment Corporation and 14 young youth league members won the honorary title of outstanding youth league member, excellent regiment staff', youth post expert and other advanced individual title of honor of Beijing Investment Company and Equipment Group.
The Communist Youth League of BSR always takes serving the central task and overall situation as the main line of work, focusing on the improvement of the youth’s professional ability, paying attention to the cultivation of the youth’s innovative and practical spirit, continuously carrying out a number of activities, such as youth commando, post construction activity with the theme of "improving the quality of young workers and helping the company development", youth skills competition, technical League class, youth backbone business exchange meeting, etc. The Communist Youth League of BSR leads the youth of BSR put into production and operation tasks. They have successfully completed the second phase of Line 7, signal transformation of Line 5, shop repair of Batong Line, north extension of Fangshan Line and other project tasks.
