Brief introduction to Party Committee work
The CPC of Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Party Committee of BSR) was established in March 1960. At present, the BSR has a sound two-level Party
organization, with a total of 18 grass-roots Party branches. There are more than 300 Party members.
Under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of Beijing Investment Corporation and the Party Committee of Equipment Group, the Party Committee of BSR holds high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implementing the guiding principles of the Party’s 19th National Congress and the previous plenary sessions of the 19th Party Central Committee in full, firmly implementing the requirements of decisions and plans of the higher Party Committee, consolidating and enhancing the leading core and political core role of the Party Committee of BSR, insisting on the principle of the strict governance over the Party and serving the central task and overall situation, focusing on accelerating development, deepening reform and constructing a harmonious enterprise, continuously consolidating and deepening the theme education of "stay true to the original aspiration and founding mission", and conducting Party building integrated into the central project. The Party branch implements the inspection of the main responsibility of strict governance over the Party, the "July 1" series of activities and other characteristic theme practice activities within the Party, continuously strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of Party building, vigorously promoting the innovation of working system, methods and activity carriers, implementing the requirements of system governance over the Party, and improving the scientific level of Party building. Actively promote the comprehensive and strict governance over the Party, implement the main responsibility of the Party Committee, Party members in positions of leadership must perform the “two duties for one post", give full play to the political core role of the Party Committee, the key role of the Community-level Party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, always adhere to and improve the system and mechanism of the party leading the development of enterprises, and constantly promote the comprehensive and strict governance over the party to developing in-depth, so as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for the realization of high quality development of BSR.
