Brief introduction to trade unions work
The trade unions of Beijing Subway Rolling Stock Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the trade unions of BSR) closely integrates with the central work of the company under the leadership of the Party Committee of the company. The trade unions of BSR plays an important role in coordinating labor relations, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and promoting the harmonious development of society. It gives full play to the role of organizing, guiding, serving and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, serving the central task and overall situation, safeguarding rights in accordance with law, and makes contributions to the harmonious development of enterprises.
At present, BSR has a sound two-level trade unions, with 18 grass-roots branches. There are 65 full time and part time cadres and 1,364 members. The worker’s home of the company won the title of Beijing demonstration worker’s home.
The central task of the trade unions of BSR is to do the two services well: one is to serve the production and operation of the company, and the other is to serve the company employees."Always think about the hardship of the employees and solve their difficulties". Guided by the needs of the company and the employees, we should fulfill the responsibilities of the trade unions, help the company to develop continuously, healthily and harmoniously, and be the "wife’s family" of the employees.
