Train of Beijing subway FANGSHAN line
The train of Beijing Subway FANGSHAN line developed and manufactured by BSR in 2009 is the first domestic demonstration line electric train with the maximum running speed of 100km/h independently developed by BSR. It has fully independent intellectual property rights. The train is a standard "B" type stainless steel 6-car vehicle with 4 motor cars, 2 trailer cars, with the maximum capacity of 1,880 passengers. The car body is made of new non-coated stainless steel, adopts international traction, braking, auxiliary power supply and network control system; and the localization rate of the whole car reaches 94.66%. It is the first time in China to adopt domestic traction, braking, auxiliary power supply and network control system, maintenance-free lead-acid battery pack and intelligent strip light prompt system for opening the door when the train arrives. The train for north extension of Fangshan Line developed and manufactured by BSR in 2017, on the one hand, adheres to the design style of the existing Fangshan line vehicles, ensuring the consistency and interchangeability of the main system and driver’s operation with the existing vehicles, and on the other hand, optimizes the design for the problems exposed in the operation for many years. The running gear fault diagnosis system and fire alarm system are added. On the premise of ensuring the strength of the car body, the further lightweight design of the car body is carried out, which has passed the static strength calculation and test verification of the car body. The problem of the existing vehicle in weight is completely solved through the optimization of the counterweight design, which has been proved to be better in weight balance through the whole vehicle weighing test by using the upper body weighing machine.
