Reconstruction of BATONG Line
Since 2015, BSR had carried out the shop repair and reconstruction design on the trains of Beijing subway BATONG line which have reached maintenance mileages of 1.2 million km. By the end of July 2020, it had completed the task of all 30 trains/180 cars. For the signal transformation and the project of connecting line 1 and BATONG line, the front end of the vehicle has been replaced for the first time in China; the cab has been redesigned and manufactured, whose emergency exit door interface and the DCS antenna installation interface has been reserved; the air conditioner is added in the cab to improve the driver's comfort; the condensing system of the air conditioner in the passenger compartment has been reconstructed, which has effectively solved the problem after the connection of line 1 and BATONG line the high voltage fault of vehicles on BATONG Line in the small tunnel of line 1, improving the comfort of the passenger compartment, and the electric heating glass of the emergency exit door is added to solve the defrosting problem of the door in snowy days.
