Reconstruction of Line 13
Since 2014, BSR had carried out the shop repair and reconstruction design on the trains of Beijing subway Line 13 which have reached maintenance mileages of 1.2 million km. By 2018, it had completed the shop repair task of all 55 trains/330 cars. The corresponding reconstruction design of the train was carried out: for the reconstruction of through passage, the end sliding door was canceled and added with through passage interior trim panel, realizing the connection of all passenger compartments; the reconstruction of air duct and radial fan in the cab increases the uniformity of air supply in the cab and passenger compartment, improves the comfort of passengers; network system was localized to increase the data recording capacity, improve the fault analysis efficiency; the head and tail lights were redesigned according to the original car model and replaced with LED lights; the passenger compartment lights were replaced with LED lights to improve the lighting effect; the dedicated air conditioning controller was added and the electric heating control function was set in the passenger compartment; the position of the release cock of the brake system was reconstructed and moved to the inside of the car in the process of shop repair, which greatly facilitates the driver to deal with the fault; the damping ring was used to replace the traditional bolt-mounted damper in the wheel noise reduction scheme, which improves the safety and reliability and reduces the maintenance cost. The first set of technical standards for reconstruction design of vehicle for shop repair in China has been formed, and a technical platform for reconstruction design of vehicle has been built.
