Train of Beijing Subway Line 7
The vehicle of Beijing subway line 7 developed and manufactured by BSR in 2012 is a standard "B" type stainless steel 8-car train of 6 motor cars and 2 trailer cars, with fitted out vehicles of 35 trains/280 cars. The maximum running speed of the train is 80km/h, and the maximum carrying capacity is 2,766 passengers, which has increased by 34% compared with the previous 6-car train. For the first time, it adopts the power supply mode of current-collecting with the lower part of third rail under the power supply voltage of DC1500V, so that the current collecting rail surface is free from the adverse impact of the environment, and the system is more stable and safe. For the first time, all domestic systems and equipment are adopted for vehicles and signals, which not only improves the localization level of the whole vehicle, but also reduces the operation cost of metro, and fully meets the needs of the rapid development of domestic metro.
The vehicle of Beijing subway line 7 phase II developed and manufactured by BSR in 2018 is a standard "B" type stainless steel 8-car train of 6 motor cars and 2 trailer cars, with fitted out vehicles of 33 trains/264 cars. Based on the first-phase vehicles of Beijing subway line 7, combined with the user feedback, the vehicle design is optimized, and the reliability of the door design is studied. The battery state-of-health management system and running gear detection system (5 trains) are added to the vehicle to improve the intelligent management of the vehicle.
