Train of Beijing Subway Line 9
The vehicle of Beijing subway line 9 manufactured by BSR in 2011 is a standard "B" type stainless steel 6-car train of 3 motor cars and 3 trailer cars, with the maximum running speed of 80km/h and the maximum capacity of 1880 passengers. The car body is made of high-strength stainless steel with non-coated surface. The electric traction system adopts vector controlled AC drive system. The train adopts digital analog electric-pneumatic brake system controlled by micro-computer.
The train added for Beijing subway line 9, which was developed and manufactured by BSR in 2017, on the basis of the original line 9 vehicles, is improved and optimized in the vehicle structure, system performance and function, and upgraded in the technology. The underframe steel structure adopts the composite corrugated floor combined with the new sound-absorbing material, which greatly improves the sound insulation and noise reduction effect of the vehicle. The video monitoring system is upgraded to the digital system, which can reduce the signal attenuation and improve the clarity of video image; the train in-transit detection system is added to realize the real-time detection and data upload function of the battery health status, the vibration and temperature rise of key components such as running gear box, axle box and motor.
