Trains of Beijing Subway BATONG Line
The train of Beijing Subway BATONG line manufactured by BSR in 2003 is a "B" type vehicle.
In 2008, BSR carried out 4-to-6 expansion reconstruction for 4-car trains of BATONG line. The train adopts 6-car marshalling mode of 3-motor and 3-trailer, with the maximum running speed of 80km/h and the maximum capacity of 1,820 passengers. This train adopts the power supply mode of contacting and current-collecting with the upper part of third rail, which is not higher than 1,000V during regenerative braking. The car body is made of carbon steel with surface coating. The train adopts digital analog electric-pneumatic brake system controlled by microcomputer.
The vehicle for South extension of BATONG line developed and manufactured by BSR in 2019 is a 6-car train with 3 motor cars and 3 trailer cars, with non-coated stainless steel body. Its maximum running speed is 80km/h, and the maximum capacity is 1,880 passengers; the upper part of the third rail is used to receive power. EN45545 fire protection standard is adopted for the first time, which further improves the fire safety of vehicles. The train adopts the air conditioning unit with variable frequency and intelligent control of cooling and heating, which completely solves the temperature rise effect in the tunnel on the existing line of line 1 after the connection of line 1 and BATONG line, and meets the comfort needs of passengers. LCD multi-function electronic map is provided in the passenger compartment, which may provide passengers with rich line information. Some trains are equipped with running gear diagnosis system, which can monitor the status of key safety components of vehicles in real time and provide reference for maintenance of vehicle bogies.
